With its close proximity to downtown, Quinpool, Dal, Tupper School and the Waeg, it won’t take long to get your steps in. Personally, I’m in love with the impressive wrap-around veranda that’s a perfect spot for a quiet glass of wine or a stunning outdoor party with friends. The home itself has so many upgrades that it truly is move-in ready. The open concept main floor with high ceilings, hardwood floors, wide moldings and trim is amazing. The stainless steel backsplash in the kitchen pairs perfectly with the brand new quartz countertop and exposed brick wall. The french doors and large windows offer a great view of the wonderful backyard and the kids will love the amazing custom built play structure (built by Hal Forbes). The separate main floor den is a great bonus. The large master with ensuite will be a lovely retreat after a busy day.
